When Superstorm Sandy hit New York, I turned to being a full time relief worker.  I could not safely carry my professional camera into many of the areas that I was working and still do the work.  So I carried a Canon G12 and my iPhone inside my storm suit.  On breaks I took a moment to record the devastation - and the hope I saw around me.
